Drift Boss World Record — Highest Scores

The leaderboard above shows scores from players around the world. You can filter by today, this week, or all time. The globe view plots each submission at the player's approximate location.

Scores are submitted voluntarily after beating a personal best. Every submission goes through a plausibility check: if the score-per-second rate is too high, the submission is rejected. This keeps the leaderboard honest without punishing legitimate high scores.

The single most important skill is timing your taps. You want to start drifting right just before the road curves right, and release just before it curves left. Reacting after the turn starts is usually too late at higher speeds.

Keep your eyes on the road ahead of the car, not on the car itself. The upcoming track segments are visible, so you can plan your taps 1-2 turns in advance.

Use Car Insurance for record attempts. It gives you one free fall, which is often the difference between a decent run and a personal best. Combine it with Double Score if you want to push for top leaderboard positions.

The speed climb is slower than it feels. The car gains a little speed every ten seconds and does not top out until about 280 seconds in, so at 90 seconds you are only about a third of the way to maximum. Surviving into the later minutes is what a top score takes.
