Medium Sudoku is the next step up from easy, offering a satisfying challenge without overwhelming complexity. Each medium puzzle provides 30 to 35 givens, requiring you to think a bit more carefully about each move.
At this level, basic scanning alone won't be enough. You will need to start using pencil marks (notes) to track candidate numbers in empty cells. Watch for hidden singles - digits that can only go in one cell within a row, column, or box, even if that cell has multiple candidates.
